چکیده
Abstract A method for simultaneous determination of trace four organophosphorus pesticides residues in animal liver samples has been developed and validated. This is based on the preliminary sample preparation using extraction target compound with a mixture toluene-cyclohexane by means up-to-date accelerated solvent (ASE), liquid-liquid partitioning acetonitrile hexane, additional clean up step QuEChERS method. Further obtained analytes are determined gas chromatography ion-trap detector. The validation performed accordance recommendations Document SANTE/11945/2015 it meets acceptability criteria precision, mean recovery limits quantification. were investigated analysing blank spiked chlorpyrifos-methyl, parathion pirimiphos-methyl at levels 25, 50, 75 ng/g diazinon 15, 30, 45 ng/g. all compounds range from 73 to 104% which perfectly fit requirements documents European legislations. repeatability within-laboratory reproducibility also reveal acceptable coefficient variation uncertainty less than 20 18%, respectively. quantification 3 allowed below maximum residue (MRLs) set Regulation (EC) Nº 396/2005.
